Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft is set to launch a financial regulatory practice in its London office with the hire of a barrister from Quadrant Chambers.

Tom O’Riordan joined the US firm this week as the office’s first dedicated regulatory partner. He will work closely with Steven Lofchie (pictured left), chairman of the funds, regulation and equity derivatives group in New York, as well as with London capital markets partner Nick Shiren and special counsel Alix Prentice.
