National law firm McGrigors has bought out West End litigation practice Reid Minty. McGrigors officially acquired the boutique on 1 August, with the commercial litigation and the real estate arms of Reid Minty integrated into the firm.As part of the acquisition 18 Reid Minty staff have joined McGrigors, including four partners, four trainee solicitors and two directors.
