Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis has bolstered its US intellectual property and employment practices with the double partner hire of Eric Prager and Israel Kornstein respectively. Prager joins K&L Gates from intellectual property firm Darby & Darby, while Kornstein was at Akerman Senterfitt. Prager focuses on intellectual property counselling, licensing and litigation, with an emphasis on digital content issues. Kornstein advises and litigates on behalf of management in all aspects of employment law.
