Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has added a partner to its New York patent litigation team. Ben Hershkowitz joins from Goodwin Procter, where he was also a partner. Hershkowitz focuses his practice on intellectual property (IP) litigation, particularly patent infringement matters in the technology sector. Gibson Dunn managing partner Ken Doran said growing its IP practice had been a priority for the past few years. He added: "Ben brings a wealth of experience which will help us continue to grow our IP practice and provide clients with the highest level of service."
