Harvard Business School is to conduct a case study on Spanish firm Uria Menendez, making it only the second-ever law firm to be targeted after Manhattan leader Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz. The case study will focus on the firm's development and strategy and will form part of the school's MBA course and professional services firm executive education programme.
