David Kolacek joined CC earlier this week (5 May) from the US firm's Prague office, where he focused on M&A, privatisations, joint ventures and private equity. Kolacek spent a total of 16 years at White & Case, including a one-year stint at the firm's New York headquarters. He was made up to partner in 2005.
