Duncan Weston has officially taken over as managing partner of CMS Cameron McKenna following his election to the post in a partnership vote last November. Weston, who was previously managing partner of the City firm's eight-office Central & Eastern European network, assumes the role from Dick Tyler, who had held the position since 2000. From September Tyler will become executive partner of the CMS network when Robert Derry-Evans retires after five years at the helm.
