Chadbourne & Parke has hired five partners as it moves to open an office in Mexico City and expand its Latin America practice. All five join from Thacher Proffitt & Wood's offices in New York and Mexico City. Jose Antonio Chavez, Boris Otto and Luis Graham will be based in the Mexico office - the firm's first office in Latin America. Meanwhile, Marc Rossel and Oliver Armas will join the New York office.
