The technology and construction court (TCC) has seen a large increase in the flow of claims being processed through its main regional centres, the body's annual report has revealed. The report, which was published earlier this week (5 March), shows the number of claims issued in the London TCC during 2006-07 period rose to 407 from a mark of 392 for the previous year - an increase of just 4%.
