Bryan Cave increased its London turnover by almost a quarter in 2007, with fees at the firm’s City branch improving by 22.4% to reach $28.4m (£14.6m), compared to $23.2m (£11.9m) in 2006.

However, revenue per lawyer (RPL) dropped by 9.3% over the same period, dipping from $912,470 (£469,000) in 2006 to $845,450 (£435,000). Global turnover at the firm, meanwhile, was up 14% to $469.1m (£241.6m), compared to $411.5m (£211.9m) the previous year.
