TLT has reappointed managing partner David Pester for a third term, with effect from April 2008. During his term as managing partner, Pester has led two London-based mergers. The first tie-up was with niche banking and financial services practice Lawrence Jones in 2005, while in June 2007 Pester led the firm through its tie-up with international commercial law firm Constant & Constant. TLT has advised companies including Barclays, British Waterways Board, Lloyds TSB Group, Orange and Somerfield.
