I am a newly-qualified family lawyer working in a top-rated regional family department. During the course of my training and the short time time since qualifying, I have developed a real interest in high net worth matrimonial work. I am now keen to relocate to London, ideally with a recognised family practice, in order to develop my experience and gain some exposure to top-notch work.

I have already acquired some solid high net worth (£2-10m) experience but feel a move to London should provide me with the exposure to really high-value cases. However, I am concerned/unsure about how the traditionally recognised private client/matrimonial practices in London view regional candidates. Any tips on how best to make the move (and how good my chances are) would be much appreciated.
