A £1.7m negligence claim against Howard Kennedy is set to go to full trial after an unsuccessful summary judgment application.
The claimant, Secured Property Finance (SPF), had an application for a summary judgment – in which the claimant does not call witnesses and there is not the same expense as a long hearing – refused by Master Teverson last week (21 November).
