Linde prepares for second panel review of 2007

Gas giant Linde is set to overhaul its roster of external counsel for the second time this year following the departure of general counsel Nick Deeming.

The review comes just seven months after the company appointed DLA Piper, Linklaters, Hengeler Mueller, Shearman & Sterling and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett to its first-ever panel.
