London's cabbies have always done well out of the City, but with post-crunch bankers now having to tighten their purse-strings and get the Tube like mere mortals, those law firm partners not driving second-hand Civics are doing their bit to take up the slack. And seeing as it's almost certainly illegal to use your BlackBerry while driving, other legal big-shots simply don't have room in the diary to drive themselves into work.
