Denton Wilde Sapte is to appoint a new deputy chairman following the announcement that chairman James Dallas is to relocate from London to Dubai next year.
Under the City firm’s partnership deed the chairman is allowed to appoint a deputy to assist him if needed; however, the role has rarely been used.
