I'm a four-years PQE corporate/commercial solicitor (leaning more towards the latter). Due to a restructuring in my department I am expecting to be offered a voluntary redundancy package. I am (very) attracted by the pay-off, if it is what I expect it to be, but am worried that I will have my card marked and struggle to find another job. What should I do?
