Walker Morris has landed its first major instruction for UK property giant Land Securities, advising on the creation of a new £650m shopping complex.
The deal, one of the largest to hit the northeast in recent memory, will see the construction of a new one million sq ft centre begin later this year and will require a major programme of redevelopment of the existing buildings in the area.
