Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) and Norton Rose have bagged roles acting on the £187m take-private of fashion retailer Monsoon.
BLP is advising longstanding client Peter Simon – non-executive chairman of Monsoon – who is the sole director of acquisition vehicle Drillgreat, on the recommended offer to acquire the remaining 24.8% of Monsoon not already owned by him and his family.
