DLA Piper has appointed Aldo Calza as a partner and local head of its employment, pensions and benefits group in Italy. Calza will join the firm at the beginning of September from Italian independent Ripa di Meana, where he headed the employment team. Calza joins DLA Piper with two assistants, Licia Ioele and Daniela Pelizza, bringing the Italian labour team to six lawyers.
