I am a solicitor working in an in-house legal department based in the regions. I am two years' qualified and prior to moving in-house I trained at a reputable regional law firm and qualified into their corporate tax team, where I gained one year PQE. Moving in-house has been a big mistake. I now wish to move back to London (where I previously worked as a tax consultant with a big four accountancy firm) and want to work in corporate tax with a City law firm.
