Baker & McKenzie’s London finance team has sealed its first major securitisation mandate from UBS, advising the investment bank on a €1.25bn (£841m) residential mortgage-backed securitisation (RMBS).
The firm’s City practice advised UBS as arranger and joint lead manager alongside Barclays Capital on the Estia II RMBS deal for Greek public bank Piraeus Bank.
