Eversheds has tied up a lucrative instruction for blue-chip client Anglo American with the UK law firm advising the global mining company on a $450m (£223m) outsourcing deal with BT and Hewlett-Packard (HP).
The deal, which was finalised earlier this year, sees the FTSE 100-listed company sign a seven-year agreement with BT and IT company HP as part of a drive to centralise its infrastructure.
