Pannone adds non-lawyer to partnership

Pannone has hired a non-lawyer as a partner as the firm moves to plug the gap left by the departure of business development head Simon McCrum.

Non-lawyer Tim Dixon-Phillip will join the Manchester firm in September as director of business development. He is a former marketing director at accountancy giant Ernst & Young and also previously ran his own consultancy for clients including PricewaterhouseCoopers and BT.
