Norton Rose has advised on the $1.8bn (£912m) float of Turkiye Halk Bankasi (Halkbank) on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
The firm advised Turkish government body, the Privatisation Administration of the Republic of Turkey, on the float, which represents 25% of the total share capital of Halkbank. Corporate partner Simon Cox and US-qualified corporate partner Thomas Vita led the team.
