Wragge & Co has bagged one of its largest M&A mandates of recent years after scoring a lead role on the £352m buy-out of Rosemound Developments by Australian property giant Macquarie Goodman Group.

The instruction hands the Birmingham-based firm an eye-catching role for longstanding client Rosemound, which operates a string of warehouses and distribution centres across the UK for clients including Tesco and Exel Logistics.
