Keoghs has introduced a new scheme that will allow support staff to formally become associates at the Bolton-based firm. The new system, which takes effect from 1 June, will be available for workers across all of the firm's back-office functions such as marketing and IT staff. The new rank, which the firm says is a way of recognising continued loyal service, does not include a guaranteed salary rise and is reviewed every year by a formal selection panel.
