Ashurst and Herbert Smith are preparing to lock horns on the high-profile broadcasting dispute between Virgin Media and BSkyB.
Ashurst litigation partner Ben Tidswell is advising Virgin Media and Herbert Smith is acting for longstanding client BSkyB on the ongoing battle, which has seen the broadcasting giant pull its channels from the Virgin cable network. Ashurst litigation partner James Levy and competition partner Nigel Parr have also taken an active role in the case. Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson London-based antitrust partner Craig Arnott is providing competition advice to Virgin Media.
