Two more partners quit embattled Milberg

Embattled class action giant Milberg Weiss & Bershad has seen two more partners leave the firm, in the latest in a long line of departures over the last nine months.

Competition partners Douglas Richards and Michael Buchman are the latest partners to leave the firm since it was indicted in connection with an alleged kickbacks scheme in May last year.
