In August, it emerged that the 23-lawyer Danish arm of Osborne Clarke (OC) was breaking away from the top 50 UK firm to go it alone as an independent practice.
The new firm launched in October, citing a lack of crossover with OC’s mid-market practice as a key factor in the break-up.
