Addleshaws hires O'Melveny buy-out partner

Addleshaw Goddard has hired O’Melveny & Myers private equity partner Andrew Carpenter.

Carpenter will head up the firm’s private equity group, which currently has five partners spread across its national offices in London, Leeds and Manchester.
