Mr Justice Richard Aikens will chair a high-level ‘post-BCCI’ working party drawing up reforms to tackle the problems arising in large-scale commercial litigation.
The nine-member group will also include another commercial court judge, the chairman of the Commercial Bar Association Robin Knowles QC, two juniors from the commercial Bar and two solicitors from representative solicitor firms.
