CC names Munday as London litigation head

Clifford Chance (CC) has appointed Nicholas Munday as its new head of litigation and dispute resolution for London and Dubai.

Munday, currently head of CC’s litigation insurance group, was set to be confirmed in the post as Legal Week went to press in an uncontested partner vote.
