Frankfurt IP partner is latest Freshfields departure

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has seen another departure from its German practice, with IT and intellectual property (IP) specialist Gerwin Janke becoming the latest partner to head for the exit.

Janke, who was based at the magic circle firm’s Frankfurt office, is leaving Freshfields to launch his own firm under the banner Kanzleu.
