Nottingham firm Berryman has installed a new managing partner, with employment chief James Jarvis named in the role after a unanimous vote by the firm’s 15 partners. He officially succeeds current head Andy Matthews, who has served two three-year terms, as managing partner on 1 April, 2007. Matthews will leave Berryman next year to become a consultant to professional services firms in the property sector while partner Ginny Hallam takes over as head of the firm’s employment team.
