Fresh roles for senior figures at Thompsons

Specialist trade union and personal injury firm Thompsons Solicitors has announced changes to its senior management, as it moves to address succession issues.

The firm’s chief executive, Geoff Shears, will take on the newly-created position of executive chair on 1 May next year and will have responsibility for the strategic direction of the firm and for chairing its supervisory board.
