Osborne Clarke (OC) is expecting to save more than £2m in costs by drafting in a new hi-tech digital dictation system.

The 97-partner regional firm rolled out the new technology earlier this summer after agreeing a deal for the package with London-based software developer BigHand. OC hopes the move will help cut annual costs by at least £2m by 2010.
