Norton Rose hires new partner in communications rejig

Norton Rose has added a new partner to its UK communications media and technology (CMT) team after hiring in-house property lawyer Mike Knapper from business information provider The Thomson Corporation.

Knapper was assistant European counsel at Thomson, advising its business divisions in Europe on IP and data protection issues. Knapper was formerly a senior associate in the Norton Rose CMT team before joining Thomson.
