The Legal Services Commission (LSC) has appointed senior Strategic Health Authority (SHA) official Carolyn Regan as its new chief executive. Regan will join the LSC in September from the northeast London arm of the SHA, where she has been chief executive for four years. She replaces acting chief Brian Harvey, who held the role temporarily following former boss Clare Dodgson’s departure due to ill health in June.
