Ex-Mayer Brown partner resurfaces at Latham

Ex-Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw securitisation partner Mark Nicolaides has resurfaced at the London office of Latham & Watkins. Nicolaides left Mayer Brown in May after 23 years with no confirmed destination. He has joined Latham’s finance department as a partner.

His practice covers financial institutions and issuers.
