A&O and Herbert Smith take lead on latest hedge fund float

Allen & Overy (A&O) and Herbert Smith have secured prime roles on the £216m float of hedge fund investor CMA Global Hedge on the London Stock Exchange.

CMA is one of a growing number of pooled funds to invest in hedge funds, with its float cited as further opening up of the booming hedge fund investment market.
