. Pinsent Masons has advised Sunderland Football Club on its takeover by a consortium led by Niall Quinn – a deal which values Sunderland’s share capital at £10m. The takeover offer is being made by KC Capital on behalf of Drumaville, a company incorporated in the consortium. They are being advised by SJ Berwin. The Pinsents team was led by head of corporate Martin Shaw and corporate partner Philip Goldsborough.
