Barclays has made its second senior legal hire in as many months with the appointment of Withers partner Jeremy Arnold to a senior position in its wealth management arm.
Arnold, who joins the FTSE 100 banking giant in September, will head up the bank’s new wealth advisory business and will report to Barclays Wealth chief executive Thomas Kalaris.
