Some of the UK’s top general counsel are lobbying the Financial Services Authority (FSA) about the implementation of new listing rules, as corporate counsel fight to make their voice heard by senior policy makers.

Prominent members of the General Counsel 100 (GC100) group, the body representing legal heads from around 70 FTSE 100 companies, have been meeting with FSA officials over recent months to talk about problems that members have had with the implementation of the listing rules.
