Ernst & Young’s German associated law firm Luther is to consider axing its relationship with the big four German auditor, it has emerged.
Partners at the 220-lawyer firm say the accountancy-tied model no longer seems tenable and a review of the relationship is underway. The German firm has undergone a large restructuring, with 15 equity partners leaving in the past two years.
