GE names new Euro head of legal

General Electric (GE) has appointed in-house lawyer Mark Elborne to the newly-created role of general counsel for Europe.

Elborne, the legal head of the company’s insurance arm, took up the role of general counsel for Europe and European regulatory affairs from 1 May.
