Freshfields widens assistant bonus scheme

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has extended its bonus scheme to its most junior assistants – at the same time as announcing a 6% rise in starting salaries.

The magic circle firm finalised its assistant pay package, which sees newly qualified pay rise to the City benchmark of £55,000, yesterday (2 May).
