Magic circle giant Clifford Chance (CC) has rolled out its client relationship management (CRM) system worldwide, expanding the system to 4,000 licensed users. The firm, which uses LexisNexis InterAction’s CRM software, first rolled out InterAction in 1999 on a limited basis to “track and manage strategic relationships”. The system will span CC’s 28 offices in 19 countries.

“We have realised that one of the greatest services that Clifford Chance can bring to its clients is the strength and depth of its global network of legal experts,” said Charles Doyle, global head of business development at the firm. “As such, we have invested in InterAction, which is capable of supporting our global client service initiatives.”
