Pinsent Masons acted for English Partnerships on its £100m buy-out of Oakington Barracks in Cambridgeshire from the Ministry of Defence (MoD). Property partners Andrew Yates and Richard Ford led the team for Pinsents, while Berwin Leighton Paisner real estate partners Philip Bretherton and John Kelsey represented the MoD.
Mills & Reeve advised The Ipswich NHS Hospital Trust PFI on a £26m PFI project, which will include the construction of a new emergency department, a day surgery suite and several new operating theatres. Project finance partner Raith Pickup led the team for the East Anglian firm.
