Wells and Paul win places on A&O board

Allen & Overy (A&O) heavyweights Alan Paul and Boyan Wells have won places on the City giant’s main management board.

A&O confirmed last Thursday (23 March) that corporate veteran Alan Paul and capital markets chief Boyan Wells are among the five partners to win places on its management board following the recent elections.
